ALOA® One Day is a bioMérieux alternative certified method for the detection of Listeria spp. and Listeria monocytogenes, offering two validated protocols to meet diverse laboratory needs:
- Alternative Protocol - follows a “One bag, One plate” workflow and delivers reliable results in 44 hours (TTR), ensuring high sensitivity and operational simplicity for routine testing.
- Short Protocol with an optimized dilution ratio - provides reliable results with an enrichment time of just 18 hours, without the need for pre-warming, and with enrichment media storage at room temperature. This protocol offers excellent performance while significantly reducing environmental impact and operational costs, making it ideal for high-throughput laboratories and weekend workflows.
