bioMérieux has unveiled its AUGMENTED-DX Portal, a centralized, user-friendly digital hub that integrates genomics, data science, AI, and bioinformatics expertise to turn genomic data into powerful insights for faster and smarter pathogen control, allowing you to simplify workflows and enhance decision-making.
The platform centralizes all investigation results and workflows into one intuitive interface, facilitating access, even to non-experts, and organization of results from key applications such as the GENE-UP® TYPER and Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) modules.
For users of GENE-UP® TYPER, the portal automatically transfers test results from instruments, clusters related strains, and provides alerts for new clusters or samples. It also offers real-time data visualization and mobile access capabilities, speeding up decision-making without sacrificing accuracy.
Meanwhile, the Genomics App enables users to autonomously manage sequencing data, generate phylogenetic trees to track mutation patterns, and securely store historical datasets, with the option to request expert support when needed.
Reflecting bioMérieux’s commitment to data privacy, all client data is securely managed. Clients retain full ownership of their data, which is never shared with other clients or with AUGMENTED-DX databases. Client databases are exclusively used for strain comparisons specific to their needs.
