toxin present in one of the ingredients, specifically arachidonic acid (ARA) oil, used during the manufacture of infant foods. The supplier of this ingredient distributed it to multiple manufacturers, affecting a range of brands and products that were subsequently recalled from consumers in over 60 countries.
