Three New Things to Make Life in the Microbiology Lab Easier
1) End the messy clean up after the laboratory homogenizer leaks - the new INTERSCIENCE BagMixer® has adjustable paddle pressure and if the bag does split the machine will automatically stop, there's a removable drip tray to catch the spill, the door opens fully and you can take the paddles out and autoclave them - it's silent and non-vibrating so you can be weighing out the next sample on the same bench whilst talking on the phone!
2) Everyone uses serological pipettes - you can use the INTEGRA PIPETBOY acu 2 with your normal laboratory glass and plastic serological pipettes in the volume range 1-100 ml. You can get precise drop-by-drop dispensing or for larger volumes the new Turbo Mode provides the instrument with 20% extra pipetting speed.
3) Easy way to put specimens and samples into the postal system - Alpha Labs have a complete storage, packaging and mailing solution with wide range of 95kPa compliant sample vials and SpeciSafe® as secondary packaging and mailing envelopes, ready-labelled to UN3373 standard.
