Puritan® ESK® (Environmental Sampling Kit) helps you know your product is safe. By testing manufacturing surfaces, you can confirm your sanitation protocol has been sufficient and contaminants such as E. coli, Listeria, or Salmonella are not present before production begins.
ESK® includes a smaller swab for hard-to-reach spots and a transport tube filled with one of four media options: Buffered Peptone Water, Butterfield’s Solution, Letheen Broth, or Neutralizing Buffer. Choose based on your specific product or surface.
