Technicians from around the world travelled to Switzerland to participate in Biotool’s three-day Technical Training Program. Designed for service technicians who work with Biotool instruments, the program provides a mix of in-depth theory, guided hands-on sessions, and practical troubleshooting skills.
Over the course of three intensive days, participants learn directly from Biotool’s product specialists. The training covers key modules such as preventive maintenance, calibration procedures, common error diagnostics, and best practices to ensure long-term instrument performance. Each participant receives supervised workshop time to apply what they learn on real Biotool devices.
Beyond the technical sessions, the training also includes opportunities to connect on a personal level. Participants share lunches together each day, and one evening is reserved for a relaxed group dinner in the historic city of Bern. These informal moments create valuable exchanges between technicians from different countries, building a strong international service network.
Feedback from the event was overwhelmingly positive. Technicians appreciated the balance of theory and practice, the direct access to Biotool experts, and the chance to learn in an environment that fosters both skill development and community.
Biotool will continue to offer this program on a recurring basis as global demand for skilled service partners continues to grow. The next training dates will be announced soon.
