Public Health England labs currently located at Porton Down will be moving to a new world-class facility in Harlow, Essex based on the former GlaxoSmithKline site. An investment of £350 million pounds will create a leading centre for research, health improvement and protection allowing the continued development of world leading work on international health threats, such as Ebola.
