The MicronView BAMS instrument is an innovative product designed for continuous monitoring of bacteria and total particles in cleanrooms. BAMS is a biofluorescent particle counter that uses laser induced fluorescence to innumerate particles for biologic status.
The BAMS instrument can be used in a variety of applications, including monitoring of bacteria in isolators, filling lines, RABS, biosafety cabinets, etc. Other applications include use in investigations, cleanroom mapping, gowning training, and energy reduction studies.
MicronView BAMS has been studied in comparison to legacy air samplers to determine correlation with outdated methods. BAMS software is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, and there are numerous ways to export data to broader data management systems.
