Quantification of All Kinds of Yeast and Mold in Dairy and Other Food Products 

The foodproof® Yeast and Mold Quantification LyoKit detects and quantifies all kinds of yeast and mold in dairy and other food products within 24 hours. Our special Reagent D can be used to exclude DNA from dead cells so that only live yeast and mold cells are detected.
