Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is a globally recognized management system that addresses food safety through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production and procurement to manufacturing, distribution, and consumption of the finished product.
This two-day, live virtual course provides participants with the critical knowledge to develop, implement, and maintain an effective HACCP plan. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate with the seal of the International HACCP Alliance.
