Integral System Yeasts Plus - ID and Sensitivity on One Strip
go back to news archives A 24 well system containing biochemical substrates and dried antimycotics for the identification of the most clinically important yeasts and sensitivity evaluation to antimycotics. The system is inoculated with the cell suspension and incubated at 36± 1°C for 48 hours. After which results of the biochemical tests can identify several yeast species, for example: Candida, Cryptococcus, Rhodotorula, Saccharomyces, Trichosporon Used for the identification of the most clinically important yeasts and sensitivity evaluation to antimycotics isolated on selective culture media for the isolation of yeasts. Wells 1-12: yeast identification by biochemical test. Wells 13-24: antimycotics sensitivity |
