Avoiding contamination becomes more and more important in PCR. Eppendorf´s new Cap Strips, domed help you to avoid contamination in two ways:

The Cap Strips are certified free from detectable human DNA, DNase, RNase and PCR inhibitors.

The clear markings 'A' and 'H' help to position the cap strips in the same direction on your plate or tube every time. Thus, the risk of accidentally cross-contaminating your samples when re-opening and re-closing your wells is eliminated.
