Warnex Expands Genevision's Reach into the Canadian Market

Warnex Inc. has announced that it has entered into a marketing agreement with Med-Ox Diagnostics Inc. whereby Med-Ox's national sales force will introduce the Genevision food safety system to its extensive client base throughout Canada.

Med-Ox currently distributes traditional food safety microbiology products to mid-size and larger Canadian food producers. "This arrangement allows us to rapidly build industry awareness for Genevision and its practical commercial utility," said Mark Busgang, President and CEO of Warnex.

"Med-Ox represents an ideal partner for us as its educated and experienced sales force can provide an effective overview of Genevision's core value proposition to our target audience."

Under the terms of the agreement, Med-Ox will act as agents for Warnex introducing the Genevision technology to Canadian food producers and pass all leads it uncovers to Warnex, who will be responsible for follow-up and final sale. "We have built a solid franchise in the Canadian food production industry by introducing quality products. We are very excited to be working with Warnex as we believe that its Genevision technology has the potential to become the industry standard in detecting harmful pathogens," said Jeff Roberts, Vice-President, Sales & Marketing of Med-Ox.
