The new version of Infu-A&B Respi-Strip kit developed by Coris BioConcept enables the diagnosis of the two main types of Influenza viruses (type A & B).

The kit uses specific monoclonal antibodies that recognise a highly conserved epitope on Influenza A and B.

This rapid test is a 2-sided stick test allowing rapid detection of Influenza A virus and Influenza B virus in swabs, washings or aspirates of nasopharyngeal secretions using only one manipulation.

The improved Influ-A&B Respi-Strip is an effective alternative method to cell culture diagnostic, which is time-consuming and expensive.

Extensive evaluation by Coris’ R&D department has shown that the accuracy of the test is higher than other rapid tests and the specificity is similar to that of PCR.

The test is rapid, accurate, and easy to interpret, does not require any special material and gives unequivocal diagnosis within 15 minutes.
