Sterling Anti-Bacterial Coating
go back to news archives LTE Scientific Ltd is doing its part in the fight against cross-contamination by announcing the introduction of its new Sterling Anti-Bacterial powder coating, which is to be introduced across LTE's entire range of Laboratory Autoclaves, Ovens, Incubators, Freeze-Dryers, Drying Cabinets and Solution/Blanket Warming Cabinets. In tests, Sterling Antibac was challenged with various microbes including both MRSA and E. coli. After 24 hours, the average kill across three control samples was 99.99%. These results show that Sterling Antibac offers superb antibacterial properties, making it ideal for LTE Scientific's products which are used in laboratories, operating theatres, wards and aseptic/non-aseptic production areas. Despite the excellent anti-microbial properties, Sterling Antibac is non-toxic. |
