GeneDisc® System Accelerates Testing for Key Compendial Indicator Organisms
Pall have launched the GeneDisc® Specified Microorganisms Assay, part of the GeneDisc Rapid Microbiology System. The GeneDisc Specified Microorganisms Assay is performed using the GeneDisc plate, which enables rapid and simple tests for up to six key indicator microorganisms currently used in a variety of compendial tests.
Users can simultaneously detect multiple indicator organisms, plus get test results in as little as few hours, using the relevant sample preparation and depending on the type of assay (qualitative or quantitative) being performed.
Many key microbiological tests (such as the Microbial Limits Test, routinely used for non-sterile product testing) can take days to produce data. Delayed availability of this data presents a significant, avoidable risk to processes and products. For more information, please visit www.pall.com/biopharm_53121.asp or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The GeneDisc Rapid Microbiology System is a unique, closed, patented system, designed to accelerate routine microbiological testing by offering an easy-to-use product that requires minimal training to adopt and place into routine use.
The 'Specified Microorganisms' test is the first in a family of assays being developed by Pall to help accelerate microbiology testing - providing rapid, reliable and reproducible results.
