The workshop provides an overview about latest trends in food safety for the seafood sector. Learn more about our molecular biological solutions for the detection of pathogens as well as spoilage organisms in fish and shellfish samples. You can expect a mixture of lectures and practical work in our laboratories, including hands-on training of DNA extraction and real-time PCR setup, data analysis and interpretation.
