Cherwell to Distribute DataTrace® Wireless Data Loggers

DataTrace wireless data loggers
Minimising production downtime during critical manufacturing, QC and validation applications

Cherwell Laboratories has secured a UK distribution agreement for DataTrace® fully patented, high-tech data logging systems.

DataTrace are self-contained, wireless, high precision, data loggers designed specifically for use in critical manufacturing, quality control and validation applications. Since no wiring is required, they can be easily used to measure temperature, humidity and pressure directly inside a process or a product during manufacturing with minimal production downtime.
Whilst there are a variety of different types of wireless data loggers available on the market, there are only a few that are rated as 'intrinsically safe' and can operate at elevated temperatures, like DataTrace products. From chilling, freezing and room temperature to pasteurisation, EtO sterilisation and depyrogenation, DataTrace data loggers provide accurate data over a wide range of conditions with remarkable ease.

DataTrace data logging products can also be used to confirm the correct operation of laboratory or manufacturing equipment, either during its installation or for annual revalidation. The product line consists of PC interface software, various accessories and individual data loggers for temperature, humidity and pressure.

All DataTrace product lines are compatible with the DataTrace Radio Frequency (DTRF) software package. Utilizing the PC interface, the user programs the loggers to collect environmental data at a pre-determined level and then places the loggers in the specific product or process. The user then retrieves the data loggers and uses the interface to relay the data either directly into a PC, alternatively loggers can continuously collect data via radio frequency transmission.

With a broad range of models to choose from, DataTrace makes it easy to monitor processes across a wide spectrum of temperature, pressure and humidity in a variety of different industries and products. These important factors are why DataTrace products are already used by many companies to control their most critical processes.
