EZ-CFU™ One Step Challenge Testing Organisms

EZ-CFU™ One Step, from MicroBioLogics Inc., is made to support growth promotion microorganism challenges that must meet USP/EP/JP guidelines. These lyophilized microorganism preparations are manufactured to perform within a predetermined range of 10 CFU to 100 CFU in a 0.1 mL volume.

EZ-CFU™ One Step provides a 2.0 mL inoculum in a single aliquot. This allows the lab technician to perform up to 19 tests per aliquot (0.1 mL) or 190 tests per kit. It earns its name because it produces a durable, non-foaming suspension that is immediately ready to be added to the challenge material once the hydrated suspension is prepared (30 minutes).

A long shelf-life in refrigerated temperatures guarantees easy and safe storage. A 'peel-off' Certificate of Assay supports quality control system documentation.
