New Distributor of Mobidiag Multiplex Gastrointestinal Tests to CEE Countries

Under a new agreement with Mobidiag Ltd., Biomedica Medizinprodukte will become the exclusive distributor of Amplidiag®, in vitro diagnostics for gastrointestinal infections, in Central and Eastern Europe (Austria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia). Suitable for mid-sized to large laboratories, the real-time PCR based Amplidiag® multiplex tests allow simultaneous screening for the most relevant gastrointestinal pathogens.

“Since Mobidiag’s inception, we have been focusing our activity towards Nordic region and France mainly. Three months ago, we have started developing our distribution network by extending our European coverage to Spain and Benelux. We are very pleased today to expand Amplidiag accessibility to Central and Eastern Europe with the support of our partner, Biomedica Medizinprodukte” said Tuomas Tenkanen, CEO at Mobidiag.
