ALOA® OneDay – ALOA Count® - ALOA Confirmation®

A new rapid & ISO 16140 validated method for the detection, enumeration and confirmation of Listeria monocytogenes

ALOA OneDay provides reliable detection of Listeria monocytogenes after 24 h incubation (+24 h enrichment). This method has been validated according to the ISO 16140 protocol.

The new ALOA Count method (ISO 16140) is a sensitive and inexpensive solution to enumerate Listeria monocytogenes in food products and in environmental samples.

The new confirmation method called ALOA Confirmation (ISO 16140 validated) consists of a single streak onto ALOA Confirmation from one typical colony. Up to six typical colonies can be confirmed on the same plate. ALOA Confirmation can be used to confirm results from ALOA OneDay and ALOA Count within 24 hours.
