Purified Water Monitoring Using the RBD 3000

RBD 3000

Purified Water Monitoring

Using the RBD 3000 and the Total Viable Organism Kit (TVO) to obtain accurate and consistent purified water bacterial counts.

Advanced Analytical Technologies, Inc. is proud to offer the RBD 3000, an automated, rapid microbial detection and enumeration system, now in use by the Military, Food, Pharmaceutical, Environmental and Personal Care Products industries. The RBD 3000 has a rugged, flexible design, appropriate for manufacturing, R&D, and QA environments. It can also operate in various modes, including total viability, presence/absence testing, biomass enumeration, and specific organism detection.

Advanced Analytical also offers TVO Test Kits for purified water monitoring as well as other direct enumeration applications. Teamed with the RBD 3000, these kits provide accurate microbial counts in less than 18 minutes.

RBD 3000 vs. R2A Plate Counts (After 5 and 10 days)

RBD 3000 counts trend very well with plate count results and will indicate a problem within 18 minutes of sample collection. The RBD 3000 speed and accuracy allow for a proactive solution, as a potential problem will be detected up to 10 days sooner than the R2A standard plate count method.

The RBD3000 proprietary software is 21 CFR Part 11 validatable, providing the document control required by the industry.

See us at ASM 2005, booth #1647 for a live demonstration.
