bioMérieux's Food Safety Handbook is Now Available
bioMérieux announces that the first Food Safety Handbook: Microbiological Challenges is now available for food professionals. Published by bioMérieux Editions, the handbook was developed with contributions from 24 internationally renowned experts.
The Food Safety Handbook offers an in-depth analysis of microbiological food safety challenges in a user-friendly format.
