The UK based Health Protection Agency Culture Collections (HPACC) and TCS Biosciences Ltd have agreed a Manufacturing License with the result that Selectrol® will continue to be manufactured exclusively from National Collection of Type Cultures (NCTC) and National Collection of Pathogenic Fungi (NCPF) source strains.

This collaboration reinforces the quality of the Selectrol® range of micro-organisms while ensuring all the benefits of first generation cultures.

As part of the manufacturing license the HPA will independently test Selectrol ® strains to ensure product integrity and further assure the quality of the Selectrol ® range.

Selectrol Micro-organisms are:

• Manufactured under license from the HPA
