Freeze-dried, room temperature stable assays are easy-to-use and available for multiple food pathogens including Listeria, Salmonella, E. coli O157, and Campylobacter. These assays contain all necessary PCR reagents in one tube, so the user only needs to add prepared samples. Dramatically shortened enrichment times and PCR protocols reduce the amount of time spent waiting for quality results.
