EnteroPluri-Test is a complete identification system, manufactured by Liofilchem, for the identification of Enterobacteriaceae, made of a transparent plastic carrier, divided in 12 sections containing different biochemical tests, and a metal stick for picking the pure colonies and inoculating the media. No reagent reconstitution or dilutions are necessary.

The microorganism is easily identified by evaluating the color change of the media after 18-24 hours incubation at 36 ± 1 °C.
