This course is designed for industry professionals who work with or inside a food microbiology laboratory, as well as those without a technical science background who are required to interpret microbiological results.

This course will provide an interactive slide lecture section with demonstrations and hands-on training exercises in a laboratory classroom setting.  Although this is the first course in a series, it is not necessary to attend them all as they will stand independently.
