The BLMA management training course gives laboratory managers and those training or expecting to move in to management a chance to learn about the key skills required and how they can implement them. The advantage of learning with a group of fellow laboratory managers means you can relate to and learn from each other.
The course will help attendees to develop the skills in the successful day to day management of a laboratory. It will address handling successfully the day to day management of people and will consider how you can motivate, communicate and manage change in an area where often the people you are dealing with don’t always report to you directly.
