International Experts Share their Knowledge and Experience

bioMérieux Industry, has brought together 22 internationally renowned experts to create the first Food Safety Handbook: Microbiological Challenges.

The new publication from bioMérieux Editions will provide food industry professionals with the knowledge, expertise and vision of world microbiology specialists.
