Bayer Strengthens its Technical Support for the Advia Centaur® Immunoassay System
Users of the ADVIA Centaur® Immunoassay System are set to benefit from enhanced technical support for their analysers following Bayer Diagnostics' decision to strengthen its customer services in this area.
"Our aim is to broaden the technical knowledge of the in-house team during 2004, whilst also enhancing our capabilities for the remote support of systems via modem and the Internet", says Andy. "We will also be working to develop field-based application support, providing even greater flexibility in terms of our response to customers."
