This course is designed for professionals who need to perform tests for the detection and quantitation of Enterobacter sakazakii. After reviewing the relevant compliance programs from FDA, the students will learn and practice traditional plating techniques and modern genetic laboratory methods. Laboratory work will include traditional and real-time PCR.
