Summary:Pharmaceutical - Web Seminar
This presentation will cover the effects of sporicides and disinfectants against molds and bacterial endospores, including the effects of sodium hypochlorite, quats, phenolics, alcohols, and hydrogen peroxide peracetic acid products against various molds such as Aspergillus, Penecillium, and Trychophyton. Efficacy data on bacterial spores such a Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus, and Clostridium sporogenes will also be presented and discussed. Time kills studies as well as some hard surface data will be utilized to convey the results of efficacy studies conducted.
This presentation will also cover some case studies from customers with molds and bacterial endospores. Contact times, cleaning and disinfection methods, and methods to prevent mold and bacterial endospore contamination will be discussed.
