Experts from around the world will gather at Campden BRI in Chipping Campden in September to discuss current issues that affect the safe production of food.
Microbiological food contamination remains the primary concern for food manufacturers, processors and retailers throughout the industry. The Campden BRI Food Microbiology Conference, aimed at scientific and technical personnel within the food industry, is a key event in the calendar, and is now running for the 8th successive occasion.
The conference, brings together international experts to provide presentations on bacteriophage, microbiological modelling, cutting edge technologies for food processing and the control of microorganisms, all designed to improve the safety and quality of food.
