Food, Water - Conference, Exhibition
The conference features invited international speakers to discuss latest research and developments regarding detection of foodborne pathogens, topics in food safety and microbiology, regulatory and industry trends, and laboratory methods.
The exhibit sessions include demonstrations and discussion of various tests, instruments and kits and services and products available for food microbiology, food quality and shelf- life, and environmental monitoring in food processing facilities.
A technical poster session designed to disseminate research in food safety and microbiology, particularly rapid methods and automation in food microbiology. Graduate students and industry delegates are invited to participate in the poster session.
Also included in the program, is a mini-symposium focused on food allergen issues and methodologies. This 'special topic' session features invited speaker and vendor presentations on various issues dealing with Food Allergens and is designed for a broader audience such as public health practitioners, food service managers and nutritionists and extension personnel.
