Effective project management is the first line of control in the overall management of an organization. It requires reliable information to be obtained, processed and acted on in a specific allotment of time. The purpose of this course is to provide an introduction to the basic processes and principles of Project Management as they relate to the pharmaceutical industry.
This course will cover the essential knowledge and skills required to manage projects in pharmaceutical and related fields, but also serve as an introduction to the management of any type of project.
