Welcome to a free workshop on the
MicroSeq system - Unknown sample to positive ID in less than 5 hours

This method allows the rapid, reproducible and accurate identification of bacteria and fungi to the species level. With standardized protocol and simple workflow

The workshop offers a combination of presentations and a workflow demonstration. We will introduce the basics and the workflow of the MicroSeq system. Additional aspects relevant for users working in a cGMP environment will be discussed.
