Products Required for Potential Inclusion in Rapid Clinical Microbiology Diagnostics Chapter

A chapter on Rapid Clinical Microbiology Diagnostics in ‘Advances in Applied Microbiology’ (Elsevier), is currently being prepared. Any company working on innovative technologies which improve the rapidity of clinical microbiology diagnostics are invited to submit a brief outline consisting of:-

· The technology (as detailed or vague as you like).
· Where it can be applied (identification, sensitivity testing, cross-infection screening etc).
· The value that rapid diagnostics brings to that area.

The final manuscript needs to be delivered to the publishers in March 2005.

Any technology for consideration should be received by October 18 2004.
